Barcelona Part Time?
Design Health Barcelona (d·HEALTH Barcelona) Part Time is a 6-month program aimed to students, researchers and professionals willing to learn how to innovate in healthcare.
The program, inspired on the Biodesign methodology -created by Stanford University-, provides the necessary tools for participants to develop a business idea based on a real unmet medical need identified in a clinical area (Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology and Rehabilitation) of four top hospitals located in Barcelona.
Most of the sessions are online, excluding the clinical immersion and other meetings in person.
This program is accredited by the “Consell català de Formació Continuada de les professions Sanitàries - Comisión de Formación Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salud”.
How will you learn?
Students join multidisciplinary teams of 3 or 4 people and receive training in how to:

How does the program work?

during which each team for the clinical immersion, from industry experts to support and mentoring create the proposed solution, develop its prototype and business model as well as pitch training lessons.
