Did you know that one out of four people in the world suffers from neurological, psychiatric, mental and cerebral disabilities? Brain diseases are a major global threat to human public health. The virtual short course “Brain Health for Life” will analyze and discuss the latest insights on promoting brain health from a multidisciplinary approach. It will cover everything from nutrition, exercise and sleep to the impact of psychological factors and brain resilience

The event is geared towards undergraduate/graduate students, health professionals, project holders and entrepreneurs seeking a deeper understanding of brain resilience and its mechanisms, associations of people with disabilities and anyone interested in brain health in general.
