Keys to Entrepreneurship in Medtech

This course will show you the personal experience of some of the leading medical technology and digital health entrepreneurs who are running innovative and international companies, encouraging you to choose entrepreneurship. These individuals will explain the keys to starting up your own business; the successes, failures, issues and satisfactions of entrepreneurship in Medtech and Digital Health.

The course is geared towards graduates and undergraduate students in the life sciences, masters and PhD students and young researchers. It is co-organized with IQS Tech Factory and it is possible thanks to the collaboration of Associació de Biotecnòlegs de Catalunya, CataloniaBio & HealthTechDr. Antoni Esteve Foundation and Col·legi d’Enginyers Graduats i Enginyers Tècnics Industrials de Barcelona and the support of ACCIÓ

The language will be Catalan, Spanish or English depending on the speaker. Registration will be open on December 10, 2019.

From the Technological Idea to the Investment

The Medtech company is an instrument that allows to advance technology and transfer it to the market.

Along the way, different types of partners appear that accompany the project during a period of time. This session shows how to align the interests of all the travel companions in order to be a successful business and technological project.

If cancellation is received more than one week (7 working days) before the date of the Short Program session, you will be reimbursed for 100% of the registration fee.

If cancellation is received during the week prior to the date of the lesson, you will be reimbursed for 50% of the registration fee.

If no notice is given, participants will not be reimbursed even if they do not attend the session.
